CS2 Mirage Smoke Guide

Here is a complete list of essential Mirage smokes with step-by-step instructions for each.

1. Window Smoke from T-Spawn (Jumpthrow)

  • Purpose: Blocks AWPer in Window so you can take Mid
  • Lineup Spot: Trash bags in T-Spawn
  • Aim: At the edge of the building above mid
  • Throw: Jumpthrow

2. Connector Smoke from T-Spawn

  • Purpose: Prevents Connector peek when taking Mid
  • Lineup Spot: Next to trash bags in T-Spawn (slightly to the right of Window lineup)
  • Aim: Align with the small black dot under the satellite dish
  • Throw: Jumpthrow

3. Jungle Smoke from Top Mid

  • Purpose: Blocks vision from Jungle (near CT Stairs)
  • Lineup Spot: Top Mid behind the boxes
  • Aim: Top left corner of the building, just above the antenna
  • Throw: Jumpthrow

4. Stairs Smoke from Mid Boxes

  • Purpose: Blocks visibility from A Stairs
  • Lineup Spot: Behind Mid boxes
  • Aim: Between the two antenna wires
  • Throw: Normal throw or jumpthrow

5. CT Smoke from A Ramp

  • Purpose: Blocks CT spawn during A site push
  • Lineup Spot: A Ramp corner (near the wood wall)
  • Aim: Line up crosshair with the gap above the small tower
  • Throw: Jumpthrow

6. Ticket Booth Smoke from A Palace

  • Purpose: Blocks Ticket Booth to deny CT AWPers
  • Lineup Spot: Back right of Palace entrance
  • Aim: Aim at the wood beam sticking out from the ceiling
  • Throw: Normal throw

7. Short Smoke from Mid (Top Mid)

  • Purpose: Blocks off Catwalk peek into Mid
  • Lineup Spot: Near top mid boxes
  • Aim: Edge of the brown pipe or arch above Short
  • Throw: Normal throw

8. Market Window Smoke from Apartments

  • Purpose: Prevents AWPers from peeking Apartments into B
  • Lineup Spot: Right side of B apps near the bench
  • Aim: Align with the right antenna above the Market building
  • Throw: Jumpthrow

9. Bench Smoke from B Apartments

  • Purpose: Blocks Bench player at B site
  • Lineup Spot: B apps next to wood wall
  • Aim: Align with the top of the fence post
  • Throw: Normal throw

10. Van Smoke from Apartments

  • Purpose: Blocks Van peek on B site
  • Lineup Spot: Close right wall in B apps
  • Aim: At the left edge of the big window
  • Throw: Jumpthrow
